When do you require bank statements for consumer car loans 1, 2 and 3?

For consumer car loans, we may request bank statements where one or more of the following apply:

  • 2 or more enquiries from other car loan financiers in the last 3 months

  • 3 or more financial credit enquiries in the last 3 months

  • A payday loan enquiry listed in the last 6 months

  • Any RHI (Repayment History Information) issues in the last 12 months

  • Income cannot be verified through payslips, ATO data, or other standard documentation

  • Conflicting information identified when cross-checking the application against a previous application submitted to Azora

  • Centrepay/Centrelink income reliance, where Centrelink income exceeds 30% of total income used for servicing
