What additional documents do I need to upload with the application?

When submitting an application, ensure you upload the following documents:

COMMERCIAL 

1. Signed Privacy Form

   • Must be completed with Azora noted (can be broker copy if Azora is listed)

2. Identification Documents (choose one)

   • Driver’s Licence (front and back)

3. Trust Deed

   • Required if applicable to the borrower’s structure

4. Mortgage Statements

   • Necessary if applicable to the borrower’s circumstances

Ensure all documents are properly uploaded to avoid delays in processing.

CONSUMER
