      Spousal Property Acceptance Policy

      Azora accepts spousal property under the following conditions:

      • Product Eligibility: Streamline only. Spousal property is not accepted under the Accelerate product.

      • Property Type: Must be owner-occupied.

      • Maximum Loan Amount: Up to $100,000.
